Kathy Farrell-Kingsley has written a number of cookbooks, including Chocolate Therapy, The Big Book of Vegetarian, and Chocolate Cakes, which Julia Child named one of the finest cookbooks of 1993. Kathy was the food editor of Vegetarian Times for five years and has written for Cooking Light, Eating Well, and McCall's, among other magazines. Wonderful Cakes Bakery was founded by her. Kathy, her husband, and their two girls live in Newtown, Connecticut.
