Samir is glad to be back at school after the holidays, having a laugh with his mates. But the weird new biology teacher doesn't seem to have a sense of humour. Why does he have it in for Samir? When Samir messes around with some biology equipment, his friends start getting hurt. Suddenly things aren't so funny after all.
Emma Norry completed an MA in screenwriting at Bournemouth University and has a BA in film. She has been writing and publishing short fiction for many years, and has been placed in writing competitions and magazines.
Emma has written four titles for Badger Learning: Biology from their bone-chilling series Papercuts II, Sam and United from their Two Sides series, and Sucker Punch from their Between the Lines II series.
When she's not reading, watching films or writing, she can be found playing the PlayStation, fighting over the controls with her two kids.
