The Bishop's Daughter by Tiffany L Warren
Darrin Bainbridge is a freelance journalist trying to break his big story. After a visit from his mother, he gets an idea. He has heard stories about 'Hollywood' ministers who hold their church services on television, live in nice houses, drive nice cars and have lots of money and women. Darrin decides to go to Atlanta after his mother sings the praise of Bishop Kumal Prentiss, to become a member of the bishop's church and expose him for the hustling fraud that he believes he is. Emoni Prentiss isn't conventionally pretty and is the least attractive of her siblings but has one of the kindest spirits ever. It is no surprise therefore that she befriends the new church member, Darrin Bainbridge. She is shocked to find that Darrin has taken a liking to her, as are other members of the church. Darrin suddenly finds himself torn between his new found friend and his possible big break.
Tiffany L. Warren is a technology manager who lives in suburban Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and four children. She is also the author of the critically acclaimed novel, Farther Than I Meant to Go, Longer Than I Meant to Stay.
