Professor Nigel Foster, FRSA, is the LLM Degree Academic Director at Robert Kennedy College, Zürich, Visiting Professor of European Law at the Europa-Institut, Universität des Saarlandes, Saarbrücken, and for the Law Programme, North Borneo University College.
