The words bless, blessed, and blessing are found over 500 times in the Bible. A blessing, says the author, is any act of God that brings Him glory by accomplishing His will and helping His people grow and do His will. Warren W. Wiersbe is best known as a Bible teacher, author, and conference speaker. Now retired, he previously served as senior pastor of Moody Memorial Church in Chicago and general director and Bible teacher for the Back to the Bible broadcast. Dr. Wiersbe is author of more than 150 books.
