Duperre is the author of the apocalyptic horror/fantasy series The Rift and the supernatural thriller Silas. He is a native of Cape Cod—by way of northern Connecticut—whose ambition is to write works that defy genre. He lives with his wife, artist Jessica Torrant, his three wonderful children, and Leonardo, the one-eyed super Labrador.
