Chrissie Glazebrook lives in a tumbledown terraced house in Newcastle upon Tyne and until recently worked as a Literature Officer at Northern Arts, the regional arts board for the north of England. Her first novel, The Madolescents, was published in 2001 to huge critical acclaim.
