Bodysense Diet by Judith Wills
Acknowledging that women's monthly cycle and life stages produce highs and lows that can deeply affect the body's performance, needs, appetites, mood and capabilities, this book sets out a 28-day eating-and-exercise slimming plan designed to accommodate the reader's individual cycle.
