The Bones Would Do by Lee Morgan

Welcome to the messy, maddening and miraculous world of mothers

As a daughter of Christ, you have been called to be more than an average mama.

Interactions between mothers in this digital age can be daunting. Instead of coming together to encourage each other and celebrate the miracle God has done in their lives, some moms allow memes about the worst thing about having children to influence their attitude toward motherhood and parenting.

Abbie Halberstadt, mother of ten, believes that Christ has much more to offer you and your family than the hollow validation of comical images to help you survive another day. When we feel insufficient as mothers, Christ is more than enough, and his love for you and your children is all you need.

However, it won't always be easy. It will require firm determination and the desire to raise your children for the glory of God. It will also require a strong will to say no to popular trends and not get carried away by the wave of mediocre motherhood that seems to be drowning our contemporary society.

In M for Mom, Abbie offers advice, words of encouragement, and biblical strategies, seasoned with a little humor and grace, to help you embrace the challenges and see the rewards of being a great mother in Christ.

Lee Morgan lives in Van Diemen's Land, Australia, as an occultist, independent scholar, and novelist. Three novels (the most recent of which being Unless They're Evil), a non-fiction introduction to the area of traditional witchcraft studies, A Deed Without a Name, and contributions to the Three Hands Press anthology Hands of Apostasy and Penumbrae are among his most recent works. Lee has been interested in traditional witchcraft and the faerie faith since he was a child, and he has served in leadership positions in his magical community for over two decades. Research and creative fiction continue to allow him to talk, if in a cryptic way, of things that he otherwise would not be able to say.
