Author and medium Paul Selig chronicled an astonishing program for personal and planetary transformation in his groundbreaking works of channeled literature, I Am the Word, The Book of Love and Creation, and The Book of Knowledge and Value. Selig was born in New York City and graduated from Yale University with a master's degree. In 1987, he had a spiritual encounter that made him clairvoyant. He researched a sort of energy therapy to put what he was experiencing into context, working at Marianne Williamson's Manhattan Center for Living and in his own private practice. Selig began to hear for his clients as a result of this procedure, and he now works as a clairaudient, clairvoyant, channel, and empath.

For many years, Selig has led channeled energy organizations. He was invited to appear at the Esalen Institute's Superpowers symposium in 2009, where he was filmed for the documentary Writers of the Impossible. He is featured in the A&E/Biography channel series The UneXplained and is the subject of the short documentary film Paul & the Word. Coast to Coast AM with George Noory is one of his many radio appearances.

The Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, The Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York, and the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California are among his recent and forthcoming courses. Paul is also a playwright and educator who teaches at NYU and runs Goddard College's MFA in creative writing program. He currently resides in New York City, where he works as an intuitive.
