Chris Jarmey has lifelong experience of practicing many forms of meditation within several meditation systems, largely through his interest in consciousness, Eastern philosophies and his work as a leading teacher and practitioner of bodywork and Oriental medicine. In the past Chris has lived for several years in various yoga centres and has since spent large amounts of time practicing meditation in Buddhist centres around the world, as well as researching and practicing meditation at home.
