The exercises of the Bates Method of retraining the eyes is featured in this book. It asserts that most people who wear glasses needn't. The simple, regular exercises of the Bates Method retrain eyes that have come to rely on glasses - that have become "lazy". The exercises first relax the eye muscles and then retrain them to focus efficiently and without strain. The book first appeared in 1919 and Aldous Huxley was an exponent of the method. This revised edition includes a pull-out sight-testing chart.| SKU | Unavailable |
