Thornby, Judith: - Judith Thornby (Judy Arden) is an experienced former Primary Teacher and specialist in learning support. She has worked with pupils with a range of abilities for over 25 years, gaining a Diploma in Specific Learning Difficulties in 1999. She is enthusiastic about promoting literacy skills. She has written the 'Boost Creative Writing' series and 'Boost Spelling Skills' for KS1 and older pupils who struggle with spelling. Recently retired she enjoys swimming, walking in the countryside and gardening as well as reading, baking and going to art exhibitions.
