Boots by David Ford
James Harris seemed destined to continue his family heritage of picking cotton on a rural plantation in Mississippi. But he found he had the ability to become a great runner, which he hoped would get him out of the lifestyle his family had known for generations. The problem was, he had also been running from God his entire life.
When he isn't writing, or pursuing his enthusiasm for photography, David Ford works with businesses ranging from start-ups to industry leaders. For the first two decades of his professional life, David was an attorney in private practice in Washington, D.C. His business life is now largely dedicated to seniors housing and issues relating to elder care. David is a graduate of Rollins College and the University of Virginia School of Law. His published writings range from a political-humor piece in the Washington Post to technical articles in mind-numbing legal journals. Visit www.blindinone.com to contact him.
