Carrying on in the nonsense-verse tradition of Dr. Seuss, Edward Lear and Lewis Caroll, the witty and jubilant poetry-tales of Indian writer Anushka Ravishankar are internationally acclaimed, widely translated, and honoured with innumerable awards. Anushka has authored over 18 books. Christiane Pieper from Germany grew up on a farm with lots of animals and a piano. She studied art and went on to illustrate children's books for well-known German publishing houses, including Bertelsmann, Carlsen Verlag and Peter Hammer Verlag and for international publishers, such as Random House.
