Katy Brand is a writer, comedian, and actor. In 2008, she won Best Newcomer at the British Comedy Awards for her ITV sketch show, Katy Brand's Big Ass Show, and has since appeared in numerous films, including Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang, Svengali, Good Arrows; TV shows including QI, Peep Show, Have I Got News for You, Buzzcocks, Strictly Come Dancing; radio shows including The Infinite Monkey Cage and live events including Victoria Wood’s Angina Monologues and the Twitter Joke Trial Benefit Gig. Katy writes regularly for the Telegraph amongst others. She also once dressed up as Beyoncé on national television and very nearly got away with it…
