
Brewing Classic Styles by Jamil Zainasheff
Jamil Zainasheff is a perennial award winner at the National Homebrew Competition finals and winner of over 500 brewing awards across all style categories. In this book he teams up with home-brewing expert John J Palmer to share award-winning recipes for each of the 80-plus competition styles. Using extract-based recipes for most categories, theJohn Palmer is a University of Florida Associate Professor of Philosophy. Plato's Reception of Parmenides (OUP, 1999) and other studies on early Greek philosophy are among his works. He obtained his degree from Princeton University and went on to Clare Hall in Cambridge to work as a research fellow. He is also a fellow of the National Humanities Center and a recipient of an ACLS Frederick Burkhardt Residential Fellowship.
