Brodsworth Hall Colour Handbook by Caroline Whitworth

Brodsworth Hall is a Victorian country house near Doncaster in South Yorkshire. The Hall and its contents were acquired by English Heritage in 1990. The house and gardens are open to the public for the first time from July 1995, following a thorough conservation programme. The Hall was built in the 1860s as a family home for Charles Thellusson, using money released by the Thellusson will. Many of the original furnishings and fittings are still in place and are fully illustrated in this book, together with a selection of archive photographs showing Brodsworth and its occupants in their heyday.
