Gabi Moskowitz is the editor-in-chief of the nationally famous site BrokeAss Gourmet, as well as a cook and writer. Gabi began to contemplate a career in the culinary arts after completing college in Boston and teaching kindergarten for three years. Before becoming a food writer, she worked as a caterer and a cooking instructor. Gabi and her site, BrokeAss Gourmet, were created in February 2009 with buddy Adam Metz, and Gabi and the site have since been featured on MSN Money, Urban Outfitters, TIME.com, NBC's 11 O'Clock News, and a slew of other national food and lifestyle blogs.
