Author Jonathan Fisk calls them the seven counterfeit Christian rules that every Christian ought to break as often as possible, because they are seven myths that have infiltrated the churches in our age, seven teachings taught as if they were doctrine, but which are nothing more than the traditions of men.

Jonathan M. is the author of the book Jonathan M. Fisk, PhD, is a Political Science assistant professor at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. He graduated from Colorado State University with a doctorate in political science and the University of Kansas with a master's degree in public administration. He worked with the League of Kansas Municipalities as a Research Associate. He is currently the Faculty Adviser for the International City and County Management Association Student Branch at Auburn University.

He's also the Secretary of the Alabama Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration, as well as a member of the Section of Environment and Natural Resource Administration's board of directors. State and Local Government Review, Society and Natural Resources, Politics and Policy, Review of Policy Research, and Local Environment are just a few of the academic journals that have published his work. Dr. Fisk teaches undergraduate environmental policy and public administration classes as well as MPA seminars in public personnel management, organizational theory, and leadership at Auburn University.
