His published short stories are collected in The Death with God and Other Stories, and include the story of a bus driver who kills all of his passengers, Evil fashion advice, a tale of a dying folk singer's moments teaching Death a love song, and a gloomy, depressing perspective of the near future of reality TV and children. Awakening Anastasia, published by Tyche Books, is his most recent novel.
In that sequence, it's a story about death, laughter, and love. His 100-word piece Temper Temper won the Jeffrey Archer Short Story Competition sponsored by Kobo Writing Life, and his short story Tamarack and the Stone was recently named a finalist for the 2016 Baen Fantasy Adventure Award, as well as receiving an Honorable Mention in L. The Writers of the Future Contest, founded by Ron Hubbard. Based on the short story, a full-length trilogy is in the works.
Tim was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, and holds a pair of degrees from the University of Western Ontario in London.
