Ben Hayward works at Amersham and Wycombe College. He teaches BTEC at Level 2 and Level 3, as well as teaching HND and instructor qualifications. Michael Knight is a learning consultant in the private sector, and keeps in touch with developments in schools and colleges. He was previously a teacher at Peterborough Regional College, where he taught a range of sport and sport science qualifications at Level 1, 2 and 3.
