Business Torts by Bradley P Nelson
This book is a how to book on litigating a business torts case. While there are many aspects of litigating and trying business torts cases that distinguish them from other types of cases (personal injury, medical malpractice, or IP, for example), there are no start-to-finish guidebooks offering practical litigation advice unique to these cases.
Bradley P. Nelson is a partner at Schopf & Weiss LLP, a national litigation firm based in Chicago, Illinois. He is an experienced trial lawyer, member of the firm's Executive Committee, and Co-Chair of its Intellectual Property Litigation Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, including patent infringement, intellectual property, financial services, breach of contract, fraud, insurance coverage, and professional liability matters. Jeffrey R. Teeters, of Cincinnati, OH, is a driven leader. Jeff serves as Partner-in-Charge of the Firm's Cincinnati office and chairs the Firm's Litigation Practice Group. He is the former Editor-in-Chief of the American Bar Association's publication, Litigation News, as well as a co-editor of the ABA book, Business Torts: A Practical Guide to Litigation.
