In 2012 Tanvi Naik was diagnosed with breast cancer. Entering her treatment with optimism and hope, and with a loving husband and two young daughters at home, she stood firm in the belief that death was not an option for her; “that’s for other people,” she’d say. Prashant Naik was born and raised in the West Midlands. He got married in 1998 and has two young girls, age 11 and 14.
