Victor Suthren is the Director of the Canadian War Museum, Ottawa, and has a wide range of sailing experience in traditional and small ships in which he has followed the routes of the 18th Century Wars. He was commissioned in Canada's Navy Reserve and is a Board Member of the Canadian Sail Training Association.
