She is the Managing Director of Frontline Training Services, which offers tailored courses to healthcare professionals in Ireland.

Moira Burns, SRN, Dip (Social Care), MA, has experience in nursing and social care practice in acute hospitals, community and industry. She teaches in NUI Galway and Trnava University, Slovakia, as well as on Child/Social Care vocational courses at FETAC Level 5 and HSE community education programmes.

Rachel O’Sullivan, RNID, BSc, is a dedicated ‘best practice’ and holistic nurse who began her career working in an Aged Care Unit for Intellectual Disabilities before moving to a community house, where her primary role was to deal with challenging behaviour and crisis intervention.
