Vicky Halls had a difficult life 'borrowing' her neighbor's cat until she was 20 years old, when she finally got her own. She's been making up for lost time by focusing most of her attention on all things feline since then. She switched loyalties, maybe due to a misprint, and began working with cats in an RSPCA branch center in Cornwall after an previous career in the motor trade indulging her passion for vehicles.
