Sisters Bernie and Libby Simmons are reunited with a distant relative who wants them to cater a New Year's Eve event-and help find a guilty party . . . When Ada is arrested for murder, she'll have to hope that Bernie and Libby can provide a resolution before the clock runs out.

Isis Crawford grew up in Egypt, where her parents worked as diplomats. Her family moved back to the United States when she was five years old, and her mother founded a restaurant in Upper Westchester County, while her father became a university professor. Since then, Isis has blended her parents' passions for food and travel by running a catering business and writing travel articles about countries as diverse as Omsk and Paraguay.
