Philip Lawrence is a former Professor of Economics who now works as a senior adviser to Aerospace companies. He lives in Somerset with his wife and three Siamese cats. Having written 8 books on subjects such as war and the aircraft industry, Cats in Charge is his memoir of living with the family's beloved cats.
