Basically that is what this book is - a drivers manual for your own reality. The first three chapters tell you how and why it works. Chapters 4 - 8 give you the insights and tools on how to operate the machine. Chapters 9 and 10 give you additional information broadening the concept and completing the manual.

For purposes of this work, your reality is that which directly affects you, not necessarily the entire world. While the concepts shared do in fact work for the rest of reality, the knowledge of greatest value to you will be that which can be done to change your personal reality to one of joy, love, happiness and peace. This is possible. Not all at once perhaps, but in a very short time, you will see changes as a result of your new knowledge. You can also become newly aware of how others function as well, enabling yourself to be more at peace with others' reactions and your interactions with them.
