These are the elements in Meg Gardiner's compelling tale, a powerful mix of murder, terrorism and a wealth of dark secrets.
Meg Gardiner was born in Oklahoma and raised in Santa Barbara, California. After graduating from Stanford Law School, she practised law in Los Angeles, later teaching in the Writing Program at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She lives with her husband and three children in Cobham, Surrey.
