Chinese Medicine for the Mind by Nina Cheng
Modern science meets ancient wellness in Chinese Medicine for the Mind, a comprehensive guide to treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, and more with Chinese herbal medicine and other traditional practices.
"..introduces readers to important dimensions of Chinese medicine, which are not limited to the treatment room or the pharmacy, but involve life style practices, diet and daily exercises." -- Michael Stanley-Baker, President of the International Association for the Study of Traditional Asian Medicine (IASTAM)
"Hidden deep in the antiquity of traditional Chinese medicine rest treasures for healing that are lost to our modern world. We need to find those treasures and this book does that for mental health with clarity and practicality. One of the most beautiful and useful books on Chinese medicine ever written."
-- Wayne B. Jonas, M.D. President, Healing Works Foundation and Former director of the Office of Alternative Medicine at the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
