Christ Legends by Selma Lagerlf
Selma Lagerlof brings the stories of Jesus's birth and childhood to life in this inspiring collection of tales for children which draws on the colourful history and landscape of the Holy Land.'Brings many familiar stories alive in an enchanting way'
-- Scientific and Medical Network Review
'The reappearance of these wonderful stories will delight all who enjoy telling or reading stories at Christmastide. As a teacher, when I told my classes of primary school children the stories In Nazareth and In The Temple they proved very popular and inspired excellent artwork! These stories are a wonderful antidote to the materialism and sentimentality which so often mar the celebration of Christmas.'
-- Peter Heathfield, New View, Winter 2002/3
