She was previously the senior specialist in Teddy Bears and soft toys at Christie's where she organized the first ever sale devoted entirely to teddy bears. She also writes for the Teddy Bear Times and other publications and has appeared on numerous television programmes including GMTV, This Morning and shows on Channel 4 and Sky. She lives in Surrey but travels the world in her quest for bears.
