Paul has been a baker for 30 years and is known not only for his craft abilities but also for his passion for the science of baking. He has worked in everything from tiny bakeries to technical management and scientific research. In 2005, Paul opened the multi award-winning Cinnamon Square Bakery Café in Rickmansworth, UK, where he teaches adult and children baking classes. Paul Barker has taught over 10,000 youngsters in the first nine years of his career. He has also consulted on the Great British Bake Off, published numerous baking articles and book contributions, and appeared on BBC radio, the Good Food Show, Food Inspectors, Britain's Best Bakery, and online baking films for Videojug.
