Cynthia Shaffer is a mixed media artist, creative sewer and photographer. After earning a degree in textiles from California State University, Long Beach, Cynthia worked for ten years as the owner of a company that specialised in the design and manufacture of sportswear. Numerous books and magazines have featured her art and photography: she is the author of Stash Happy Applique (9781454702801) and co-author of Serge It (9781454707806).
