He achieved international recognition and success as a coinventor of the laser technology that made LASIK eye surgery possible, and is a principle creator and developer of Cosmic Quantum Ray, a 3-D animated cartoon series that premiered on the VOOM HD Networks in 2007. He lives in Los Angeles.
