Cold War Fleet is a selection of photographs of Royal Navy vessels from the 25 years from 1966 to 1991. Each is reproduced at an exceptionally high standard, accompanied by a detailed caption. Clive and Sue Taylor have been photographing naval shipping for more than 45 years and were arguably the top photographers in the field of naval photography. They contributed to Janes Fighting Ships and most of the professional magazines. They also supplied photos to the Naval Intelligence services of the US Navy, the German Navy, and the Japanese Maritime Self Defence Force (with the knowledge and co-operation of the MOD). Aerial photography, both in privately chartered and MOD/NATO facilitated aircraft was a specialty of theirs. They live in Warwickshire, UK.
