After a whirlwind romance, divorcee Jessica Walker settles down to married life with her new husband, Neil. When she suddenly loses her job, Neil suggests that they take the opportunity to visit his only relatives, two elderly sisters who live in an old rambling house on the coast. Jessica finds herself welcomed there with open arms. Beverley Hansford started writing while still at school but unfortunately a different career interrupted his early writing. Later in life he started writing again, quickly establishing a following of readers, and to date has written 7 books, 5 of them popular novels. When asked where he gets his ideas from, he replies that he went to the University of Life.
