Brian is Clinical Professor of Neurology at Indiana University School of Medicine and New York University School of Medicine. Lindsay J. Gurin is Assistant Professor in the Departments of Neurology, Psychiatry, and Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU Langone, Center for Cognitive Neurology. Daniel M.
