He was previously Vice President of LinkedIn's Executive Development and a co-founder of Axialent, a worldwide consulting firm that has delivered leadership programs to over 15,000 executives throughout the world. Fred received his Ph.D. at the University of Michigan. from the University of California, Berkeley, with a bachelor's degree in economics. Metamanagement (2001), Conscious Business (2006), and The Meaning Revolution: The Power of Transcendent Leadership (2018) are his books.
