David William Foster, Regents' Professor of Spanish at Arizona State University and Director of Spanish Graduate Studies, oversees the publishing program of the Latin American Center at Arizona State. He has published extensively on Hispanic literary and linguistics topics, particularly with reference to Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil and has been engaged for the last twenty-five years in providing bibliographic coverage for Latin American literature.
