Sophie Wright is one of the youngest stars of British cuisine. At twenty she was the UK's youngest head chef, running the kitchen at one of Notting Hill's most famous celebrity hang outs, Beach Blanket Babylon. During her training at the highly acclaimed Westminster Kingsway College she regularly took part in national and international culinary competitions and is still a regular competitor. Sophie has won over fifty medals, including twenty golds. Sophie has appeared on several food programs in the UK.
