Cozmo's Wish by Janet L Toonen
Cozmo the unicorn wishes he was more colorful. One night, as he and his firefly pals are star gazing he sees a shooting star. He wishes with all his might on the star only to find that he has remained plain white. Cozmo and his pals set out on a quest to find a forest artist that may be able to make his dream come true. In the process, he becomes more beautiful with the help of his friends. Just as important, his friends are forever changed as well. They too become more beautiful for their efforts.
Toonen, Janet L.: - WI Author / Illustrator Janet Toonen is a two time Purple Dragonfly Award and Story Monster Approved Award winner. She both writes and illustrates her stories, creating unique and memorable characters. A lifelong fine artist she also has worked as a graphic designer. Janet grew up in the Door County peninsula of northeast WI. She took her studio courses through the University of WI Oshkosh. 2015 she founded Stay Toon'd Publishing to sell her children's books and also artwork for products from her illustrations.
