The Craft Library: Knits for Fab Feet & Cosy Toes by Anna Tillman

Knits for Fab Feet & Cosy Toes aims to give you all the information you need to start creating beautiful socks and there are projects to suit all abilities and tastes. Not only are socks the ultimate in 'impress your friends' knitting, they have many other advantages. A sock project often consists of one ball of yarn and some needles, so it is perfect for tucking in a bag and knitting on the go. Socks are not a huge undertaking and so needn't cost the earth to knit, nor will they take months to complete. Possibly best of all, most of us wear socks every day so a pair of hand-knitted socks is a unique and personal gift that you know will be appreciated.
Anna Tillman was knitting scarves for her teddy bears by the time she was six years old, and began her knitting career at Rowan Yarns. She launched her own online yarn shop, Web of Wool, in 2002 and made the virtual store into an actual shop in 2004. Anna is the author of Knitted Dog Coats, also published by Hamlyn.
