"Information and ideas are presented clearly for beginners and more experienced therapists" - Diana Beaven, Physiotherapy Journal "This is the sort of book which would be an invaluable addition to any department because its practical focus would be useful for almost all client groups that occupational therapists work with" - Libby Notley, Senior Community Occupational Therapist, BJOT "The book provides an introduction to relaxation theory and practice which would be a useful guide to a therapist setting up groups for adults or adolescents in special needs, mental health, voice, fluency or neurology" - Speech and language Therapy in Practice "For a therapist who has not used groupwork with clients, I think that this book will be a very encouraging source of information. Overall this clear, concise, booklet will be of assistance to both the skilled ad the less-experienced therapist" - Valerie Cribbin, Senior Occupational Therapist, Sensory Integration network UK & Ireland
