Summary

The greatest block to most people's creativity is lack of faith in themselves: we are taught from an early age to be critics rather than creators. This is a book of inspiration and advice for writers at any stage in their career, with quotes from people including Ernest Hemingway and Anais Nin.

Creative Wisdom for Writers by Roland Fishman

The ability to write is not something that is granted to a chosen few: it belongs to anyone who has the faith to trust their imagination and persist in their craft. The quotes in this book - from writers and thinkers as diverse as Ernest Hemingway, Ana s Nin, Albert Einstein and Elmore Leonard - will inspire you to write and keep writing. Their profound wisdom will remind you of what you are capable of achieving and what you need to do to realise your creative dreams.
