Andrew Lane is a barrister at Cornerstone Barristers, a prestigious national chambers, with substantial experience in local government. Andrew specializes in consulting and representing social landlords. He worked in both the statutory and volunteer sectors before going to the Bar, and was a local councillor on Oxford City Council for four years in the early 1990s, notably as Chair of the Housing Committee.
