Damien Owens was born in Monaghan in 1971 and studied English at Queen'sUniversity, Belfast. He has contributed to several Irish magazines, been afreelance comedy reviewer in Australia, and worked as a copywriter. He isnow a technical writer in Dublin. Dead Cat Bounce is his first novel.
