Dr. Elizabeth Bradley is an Associate Professor at SUNY Empire State College's School for Graduate Studies. Her Ph.D. was awarded to her. She holds a master's degree in school psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a licensed psychologist who is also nationally qualified as a school psychologist. Dr. Bradley worked as a school psychologist and did research in the areas of substance use treatments, child neuropsychology, and school-based interventions for at-risk adolescents before coming to Empire State College to teach. Dr. Bradley's research has focused on the use of online simulations in pre-service teacher training for the past five years.

Dr. Bradley's research has focused on the use of simulations for teacher training in the areas of classroom management, identifying at-risk kids, LGBTQ student support, and bullying prevention. Her five most recent academic articles have all dealt with the use of computer simulations in teacher education. In addition, computer simulations in teacher education have been the subject of 10 of her recent conference presentations. Dr. Bradley received a SUNY grant recently to locate and assess computer simulations in teacher education.

Dr. Bradley plans to perform this research over the 2018-2019 academic year, reaching out to simulation developers and publishers to establish connections, collect data for the repository, and invite them to contribute a chapter to the book. This book is aimed towards higher education academics and administrators who work in the field of teacher education. Students pursuing teaching degrees will profit from this book, as it contains games and simulations that will allow them to practice their teaching abilities and gain confidence before entering the classroom.
